Is the Avaya one-X agent softphone only in H323? Does Avaya have a SIP agent softphone?
Just downloaded release 2.5.11 H323 and can't find SIP.

The one-X Communicator does SIP. not sure how much longer they will keep it around with Equinox though.

One-X Communicator and Equinox is not design for ACD...unless I missed something?

They withdrew it. Didn't work well. Oceana is about it. No agent softphones. Hard 9600 sip will work.
