Avaya One X Agent "Not showing Ready Icon on TOP BAR" when successfull

Hi Everyone,

Just wandering if anyone of you have experienced that when you register an Avaya one x agent station then login in through ACD the TOP BAR Doesn't show any Icon. This makes the agent confused because there are no icon pertaining to ready state or aux. I have installed this to a different site but we have not experience this scenario. The installation procedure we have done on the avaya one x agent software is the same with the different site that is working. Would greatly appreciate is any one of you can show me the right direction on how to resolve or address this scenario.
