I'm working with Telecom to figure out how we can get the last 4 digits of the card number the customer enters into the IVR presented in the Avaya One-X agent client so that agents can see this information once the customer drops in .
I recall, as an agent on the phone, I could see the last 4 digits presented in One-X on the top-right-hand side of the UI; however, as I transitioned to my current position, this seems to have faded out over the years (not sure why).
Would anyone know how to go about implementing this? Or have a screenshot I can use to show the telecom team on what the last 4 digits in OneX look like?
