AVAYA ONE-X AGENT - issue with Manual vs Auto answer

We want One-X agent users to be able to answer their calls by answering their ringing phone at their remote location, but some have to also click on the green phone icon to complete the call set-up. We have XP and Windows 7 machines, but it does not seem to matter with this issue. There is also a 'manual' and 'auto' choice on the face of the One-x client, but that setting is only reflecting the System setting and does not seem to make a difference.

Are you experiencing this random failure with One-x Agent? do you have a fix? We are on version 1.0...
