This is my first time posting here.
I have a few Agents who have issues with Avaya when putting a call on hold, Avaya freezes or goes unresponsive. Some are using Avaya one-X agent via computer and others routed to a cell phone.
- We are using one-X Agent
- Avaya one-X agent – 2.5.14
- I believe the softphone is running in H.323
If anyone can offer some guidance with this please let me know. I will try to provide as much troubleshooting info as possible.
