I have an agent set up in One-X with all the proper credentials but when she logs in, it won't go past the Registered screen. I can see her extension on the Pop up. Any ideas why I can get past the Registered window. Please Advise

Does it show connecting on the top pf One-X Agent?
If yes, then I would try to ping the PC from the PBX, if you can not, then check firewall setting, or the encryption software on the PC.
