Has anyone deployed and started using Avaya OfficeLinx (formerly Esna) for voicemail?

What is your experience with it - deployment, administration, SSO for web interface, email notification layout?

Currently trying it out in my lab. The installation itself is painful and one of the installation requirements is enabling the FTP server service. I already got nailed by security on that. 4 core and 8gb cpu will easily take 2-3 hours to install. I'm not impressed with the product so far.

Also forgot to mention Avaya really screws over the customers with officelinx. They basically force you to buy mainstream license. You now need mainstream if you want to integrate with exchange/o365 or if you want to use email notify me which lets face it the basic requirement of voicemail is to get email notification.
