Hello All,

I am having an issue with the call pilot tape backup in one of our remote offices.

IS there a tape drive on this system and if so is it enabled? You may have to look in the device manager to se it. When was the last time a head cleaner was run thru it?

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!

Thank you for the response. I dont know when the last time it was cleaned or if there is a tape in it at the moment. I will have to check with the site personel to see if they can assist with this.

Unfortunatly I dont get to travel to the sites. :(
