I heard through the grapevine that Avaya are going to stop T&M all together and move to a Smartnet type model. Anyone know what this would mean long term?
I have maintenance assist and additional support at the moment through my BP Touchbase, and all is a massive improvement (and cheaper) from ours days of direct support.
