Avaya Modular Messaging voice player error message

I've created a caller app in MM 2.0 pressed the record button to record my prompt and received the following error message
"Unable to initialize the voice player"
An unexpected error has occurred. This may be due to a temporary problem with the voice server, mail server, or the network. Please retry the operation.

Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue? This was working last week.

And when you record the prompt i assume that it rings your ext number? right or that is what it did in the past?
