We recently installed MM5.2 and find difficulty with shared voice mailboxes. More than one user logs into the voice mail box at the same time and staff are retrieving the same voice mail message. It is okay to have simultaneous logon, but wondering if there is a way to block them from retrieving or at least getting a notificaiton that someone else is listening to the same message.
