I am installing Avaya Modular Messaging to interface with Domino 7.0.2 and am a bit confused about how the Mail Templates work. We have got a customised DWA7.ntf Mail Template. When installing the DUC Server software on the Domino Mail Server, it asks for the Mail template to be used. It then creates a new template with the Avaya changes and our customisation. What is seems to do is to create a template called UCMail7.ntf which is not the DWA template and therefore does not work with DWA. Is there any way to force it to create a UCDWA7.NTF Template which includes the customisation that we have in our DWA7.NTF template and the Avaya changes? Avaya are not really able to help in this area as they say IBM support the Avaya templates and not Avaya.
