Avaya Mod. Mess Client Un-installer

Is there a modular messaging un-installer that will completely uninstall all traces of the client from a users PC? It seems that if we use the windows uninstaller and perform a reinstallation of the client, the software retains some of the settings from the users mailbox. S

Software Version is MM 2.0

Is there a fix for this?

When you uninstall the client, there are still registry settings that remain on the system. If I have to totally remove the client I usually delete the registry settings as well.

What registry settings need to be removed?

Use Windows Explorer to delete any left over files or folders in Program Files\Avaya Modular Messaging. Then go into the registry and removed the Octel\Geneva keys.

Remember you are changing the registry so be careful and have a backup (you know, the standard warning).

Yes it did work. Also had an issue with the firewall on the user PC's. That that's another story
