Avaya MM721 Bri module

I have configured the module in Gateways in the UK, France and Germany.
Non of them is working. I tryed almost all possible config combinations.
Dialing in - Busy tone after a long time. Dialing out error code or silence.

Has anyone a sugestion about this?

We Avaya send us mm720 modules as a replacement.
Now the lines are working.

I have had the same problem and have had an Avaya ticket raised.They could not get it to work either so sent me a mm720 which worked straight away.The problem is now with Avaya tier 4 support in ther labs.
