Avaya MM710 or TN464-767 cards (Difference?)

Simple answer is yes, they both terminate T1s. The difference is what equipment they go into, a 464 / 767 goes into a G650 or the older sac/McCafferty cabinets while the MM710 goes into the newer equipment like the G450 or G430.
Both do the same but are not interchangeable.
