Does Avaya MM come with all CM systems? If so, how many data ports does it come licensed with? And by ports I mean the number of simultaneous in-course calls on auto-attendents's flow or simultaneous voicemail access.

As of the new licensing model, when you order a "Aura User" you get a "CM phone' and a "CMM mailbox".
CMM isn't MM. MM's the older voicemail platform. In it's day it was licensed by number users. You could have many application servers that link up to the PBX - can't remember how they were licensed per instance or for number of trunks. But typically you'd have a PRI or 2 over to it.
