Guys and Gals,
I have a mini callpilot which has gone faulty, I have purchased a new PCMCIA software card from Avaya with necessary OS software so system is back up and running, BUT I need to regenerate the old key codes to give me the necessary number of mail boxes, to do this I need either of the following
Step 1: To regenerate keycodes will require:
1) External H/W serial number or System ID of failed system.
2) External H/W serial number or System ID of new system.
I have spoken to and mailed Avaya and they have been of no help.
Now because the old PCMCIA software card is faulty and does not have any of the above numbers on the face plate can I find this info from exploring the files on the old card, i have tried but have had no luck so far finding a SN or Sys ID num, if any one can advise I would much appreciate it.
Regards
