I have an Avaya S8710 running 4.0 software and an Intuity Audix LX. We are using Message Manager and have found that the caller ID does not follow through to Message Manager. I know Caller ID was a 'green feature' from Avaya with Intuity Audix, but is it the same with the LX? Is there something we are missing in programming? Is it even possible to fix? Any help would be appreciated.
