Avaya Message Manager - IBM Lotus Notes - Illegal Call Function

Whenever I am in my Lotus Notes AMM and I try to go under tools to subscriber options or I try to forward a call to another user, I get Illegal Function Call. This just started a couple of weeks ago that I noticed because it has worked before. Notes Admin says not his problem. Any ideas?
