Hello folks, two part question, I hope someone can help.
I have message manager 4.6 loaded on my laptop. When I connect to the Intuity Audix, I can play my messages that are on the Intuity and messages that are on my local hard drive.
If I were to start message manager without connecting to Intuity Audix and work "offline", I can't play the messages on my local hard drive! Is there a solution for this?

Next related question. I have the 4.6 Message manager CD, and at one point I had the 5.1 Message manager install CD also. Unfortunately I can't find the 5.1 CD. How do I go about getting the 5.1 software? Is it available for download?
There are many CD's that I have that are associated with 5.1, but none of them seem to have the .exe file for message manager. What is the title of the CD that has the MM software?

Thanks everyone.

Any input from any of the many experts here?

You can save the messages as wave files and then you can listen to them, e-mail them or do what ever you want. Ask your business partner for a copy of 5.1

Thanks for the input letman2. We are a gov't non profit, so we don't have a business partner. This software is no longer available through Avaya, I phoned them.
Anyone here have a copy of this I could "borrow"?
