we are moving a customer from a old Avaya Melin Magix with a expansion bay to a Panasonic NS700 ( digital ) ...34 sets , and need to verify where each extension goes ( admin doesnt have access to the switch to view port & ext number ) , is there a feature code to enter on the set to view its port number ....could it be beyond #00 , set programming ?

You need either the MLX20L or the 4424LD+ plugged into the programming port (which is usually port 1/1 but can be re-assigned). Do you have a reception console on-site?
