Hi All,

I have inherited an Avaya Site, whereby there was no Announcement and audio file clean up process. Which resulted in a number audio files on the Avaya Media Server. I am trying to find a quicker way to delete all the used used audio files from the Media servers, I could not find the "storage path" so we could use either the Win-CP r other tools to remove such files from the server or the Linux SSH to the folder.

May you please assist with either
1) the Storage
2) Quicker way or tools to use

We have identified over 900 files need to be removed.

The Avaya System Manager Announcement (File) deletion is also failing to delete these files.

Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Kind Regards,

Deedtz

Deedtz,
Login in to the AMS EM and you can browse the file structure from there. I would compare that against a "list integrated M1" (or whatever M-number your media server is).

Hi All,

We noticed that the Media Servers were not enrolled to the System manager.

Our Vendor will enroll. Our lab is done and works fine.
