we have an Avaya S8800 ( IBM 3550 ) MAS 5.2 SP17 on Windows 2003 R2 that keeps reporting " predictive failure " error

Controller ID: 0 PD Predictive failure: --:--:1.

trying to access the MegaRaid Software on the MAS server as view only and or full access but asking for login & password - just want to check to see which HD is having the issue so that we can replace said trouble HD.

I am unable to find anything on support.avaya.com with regards to LSI MegaRaid Manager

wondering if anyone has ever accessed this in the past as I assume that the login and password are defined when the MAS software is installed.

thank you for any and help with this matter

cheers : )
