Avaya Manager connection issues

Hi,
I have a customer who is having some issues using Manager after their IT company made some changes on the network!
They have notified us what they have disabled on the network but I'm not sure and can't find any documentation anywhere to give us any clues.

The following has been disabled on the LAN:-

I'm not going to lie, the above doesn't mean that much to me, any clues would be gratefully received!!

Can you even ping the IPO? From the sounds of it the changes you listed are not the only ones they made.
