I use an Argent DT phone sys and have Avaya Manager Apllication to manage it. I want to use LDAP to connect to AD.
I have added the phone numbers to the user accounts in AD and configured the LDAP screen - BUT it will not populate the Directory with the users telephone numbers.
I can't see anyway to troubleshoot this or where to find out what the error is can anyone help?
