Any Help or thoughts on this would be great!

Current config of this particular application involves DID's through PRI. I need to configure a "fake Rotary" System, which I can do using shared System access Keys. However I face 2 roadblocks, The primary extension is a operator position due to the Need for Park keys. And of couse we know you cannont share system access keys to operator positions. Any thoughts???

Could you be a little more specific as to what this 'fake rotary system' is supposed to do?

Sure...

What I have is a DID that acts as the main number in a particular department, This extension is loaded with 6 system access keys for the ability to take 6 calls. The issue falls into play when the receptionist is busy there are 5 other agents able to take the call but currently only have a primary cover of the receptionst set. My plan is to open shared system access keys to the 5 other sets to have the 6 lines appear on thier exts. My roadblock is the primary ext is currentlt configured as a operator console to allow for call park zones.
