avaya magic 6.0 voicemail reset how to reset avaya magix voicemail card reset i need to delete the old user outgoing message and all stations vm

I'm not clear as to the question. There is no R6.0 version of the Merlin Magix processor or voicemail. There is an R6.0 of the Merlin Legend processor. Having established that, some clarification as to what needs to be reset is in order. Do you need to have the voicemail's Administrative password reset...or...something else?
