Avaya Lync Integration

Hi team,

I am currently integrating Avaya CM 5.2.1 with Microsoft Lync using SES 5.2.1. My issue is I can't make calls both from Lync and avaya across the board. When I do a trace from avaya I get the following(see below) I have noticed the following about the sip invite

SIP<INVITE sip:501@10.1.2.14;user=phone SIP/2.0

10.1.2.14 is the SES server but on the SES I have configured contact as:

sip:$(user)@10.1.1.13:5060;transport=tcp where 10.1.1.13 is the mediation server.

I also notice that the trace gives a Loop detected by CM. Any idea what that means. Any help is much appreciated.
