Hi guys,

I have an Avaya S8300D/G450 as main server and 2 S8300D/G430 as LSP.

Our problem is that when we loss connection with the main server, our phones in remote locations are not registering to the LSP server, all the phones go to Registering... status.

What parameters you recommend me review to see if there is something wrong?

I will appreciate your help.

Thanks![smile]

First off, I will assume you have separate network regions for each site. If so, you are almost way there.
1) You must have the LSP names and IP already listed under node-names.
2) On the second page of your "ip-network-region x" page, there are fields for backup servers, fill in the field(s) with the name of the LSP that you want to use as a backup.

You should reset the phones to have them download the LSP(s) to use as a backup.

Also you will need the gateways to have MGI lists and on your server in cm have you set up a media gateway recovery rule?
