not sure of anyone else is having this issue what used to happen in a day or two days is now not happening at after 7+ days

PLDS license purchases for ip endpoint licenses as well as sip trunk licenses. Layoffs? if anyone knows please feel free to let me know

Seems to be a couple of working days here in the UK.

We usually get the LAC code within one business day after placing the order with our distributor. Sometimes we get them the same day if they get the order early enough. It's been about 6 weeks since our last licensing order.

We recently ordered a license for both a PRI (believe it or not...this is the midwest) and some IP endpoint licenses. We had them the next day. Now there was ONE time when it took a week, but that was a rare "oopsie" from our partner. License delays have not been a pattern for me.

Are you sure that your bills are paid?
My old company had "cash flow problems" and the licenses had to be paid before they were assigned to us.

Make sure your certifications are up to date. If you don't have the required number of certifications (APSS, ACIS) then you will not be able to purchase licenses.
