Ok I made a mistake and wondering the best way to resolve, I had some codes activated on the wrong BCM.
Has anyone had to go and have Avaya correct an issue like this and if so what was the cost if any. I’m just trying to weight my options either eat the cost of the codes or open a ticket with Avaya.

Maybe contact that guy at UCI direct on the E-MetroTel page, Bill W, he might be able to help you. Years and years of Norstar BCM experience on his side.

Avaya never charged us.

Just put in the ticket with wrong sysid and correct sysid , they will handle it from there.

I once had a BCM 450 keycode migrated onto my test system as I needed to rebuild it off line due to a faulty system patch 017 at release 1.0 that was released and then swapped it all over onto the customers original system and Avaya were OK with not asking for a charge.
