I have Avaya IP Office R11.1 connected to Cisco switches and IP phones, I was working on the switches so I shut it down several times but I never checked all the phones so the k155 restarted and stopped logging in and asked for an e-mail address although it must log in with extension and password as normal,also its notify me: Device software and /or configuration files download failed
file server is unreachable (k1xxBSupgrade.txt)
so what can I do to make the k155 work again as normal
