Rolled out a new install yesterday with V11 sp2 software on the ip office and J169 handsets throughout. All seemed to behave apart from after messing about with the SIP trunks to get that up a number of the handsets looked like they were logged in, displaying correctly etc but had no sound at all, no dial tone just silence. Powering them off and on fixed them but logging in remotely today it looks like theres one more handset with the same issue which was fine when we left.
Any ideas?
Also I want to enable the web server on each handset so after I change the 46xxsettingstxt file when do the handsets pick up the new file? would I need to reboot each handset?
