Dear Team,

Iam Using Avaya J139 SIP Phones with Ip Office R 11
i want to programmed the Buttones, i have tride to programmed buttones from IP Office but not affected,

from J139 web configuration is showing 04 buttones in the parameter but 03 is default for Apearance.

please suggest.

Most likely it didn’t get the 46xxsettings file. Make sure you have the IPO IP addrs in the http server on the phone.

100% not installed correctly. Stop fiddling via the web interface, once it has a file server address (the IP Office), the phone gets all the settings it needs direct from the IP Office. Remove any 46xxsettings.txt file if you've added one. Default the phone and set the file server address to the address of the IP Office.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Make sure you don't have the "Open SIP" version of the phone. Even though they really are Avaya phones they will not allow button programming and other features you would find with a true Avaya phone. It still uses a regular IP endpoint instead of 3rd party SIP license.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
