Avaya J139 Phone: Need to add # end of every dial number to make call

Hi guys, we have J129, J139, Vantage Phone, Equinox, VC and other models of phones with IP Office SE. The problem is from J139 phone only, we need to add # end of a dial number to make call. Without # call is not trigger. Other than J139, all are working fine without #. Any thought about how to remove this? Thanks.
 
Hi vfotineas, thanks for your reply. I've solved the issue with dial count and time values.
