Hello all, I am trying to figure out the best way to provision my customers' J100 series phones from their office, and offsite. I have a customer who will need to change all their remote phone configuration (30 phones) simultaneously. I know Avaya has a provisioning server service, and I've tried to sign up for it (I forget what it's called). I can host an HTTPS server also, but I would rather use Avaya's if that's an option. I don't like to open up an IP Office to the world on port 443 or 80, and changing those ports causes many issues with the platform. What does everyone else do in this situation?

Avaya has DES which is a redirect server. You can use it to tell a phone where to find the correct provisioning server (instead of DHCP, manual, web,..) which is great for @home users.
