Hello,
I have an issue answering calls with Avaya IX Workplace on Apple iPhone when the phone is screen locked? just receive a missed call notification on the screen.
To accept and answer the call, users need to unlock the phone first. it's work fine on Android. Apple IOS software version is 13.4.1 and the IX Workplace version is 3.8.4. The IP Office version is R11.1. this setting is using VPN, now use Avaya Cloud spaces to configure this to see if these issues will be solved, and follow the Avaya document to do this, my question is on the network and firewall part if this I do is correct?
I have an FQDN created: ip.our_domain.com A record that is pointed to the Public IP Address of our firewall and forward the specific ports and hosts listed in the document to the internal LAN IPO?
