Avaya IX Workplace - Bridge appearance

Hello,

Is there anybody else having issues with Avaya IX Workplace and bridge appearance?
Our issue is that when using IX Workplace, we don't get notified when a call is incoming on a BLA line.
To be honest we never tested since we got IX Workplace setup but now we need that feature.
I checked the logs on SBC, IPO and Sysmon and I couldn't find anything relevant, for me.
I know there is a lot of information missing in my question but I'm going fishing.

Only handsets have appearance keys. This is not a feature of IX that I am aware of.

There are still lots of reasons why a phone is better than a softphone application.

Hi Jamie, I agree.

I'm looking on Avaya's support site and a KB (SOLN328545) says "Bridged appearances are button programming features and will not work on SIP Clients (i.e. Equinox)."

But, looking at other KB articles (SOLN310884), there are stuff like:

Solution
Fix is in 3.8.9.
Release date is scheduled for June 9th. Subject to change.

That's for the juicy CM/Aura platform, they get so much more from IX Workplace than the IPO platform.
