Hi all,

I have upgrade an Ip office to version 11 and have the teleworker license for desktop implementation.
I am searching for a document for implementing the avaya IX on a windows desktop, but all the documents I have found aren't showing me the steps that I want for windows.
I tried doing i on my own and entered the sip domain which is the server, but now when I try to get that menu where you can enter the ip's, domain etc, I cannot find it.

Does anyone have document show the steps properly and also how I can get the Gui for entering the ip address back again?

Thx in advance

Hi derfloh,

I got it to work, thank a lot.
2 questions, I tried using transfer call from the IX workplace to a mobile number, but it didn't work.
I am using an E1 connection.
Can it transfer to an external number or not.

Also I tried using Authorization code, but I don't see enter code appearing, does IX support this?
