Avaya IVR voice noise

I have configured Avaya IPO Server edition 11.1 and set up voicemail Pro IVR, so when the user calls from outside the IVR sound has a very terrible noise, when we test the IVR from inside with a shortcode it works fine and clear. Here I attache the IVR from outside and from the inside

What sort of noise.

Have you tried it without going through IVR.

@snowman50, I attached the noise, I barely hear my IVR announcement, and yes I did try without the IVR and still there is a nice even with a normal dialing tone.
