Avaya IPOSE - Alarm Emai Notification

Hello,

I have an IPOSE Rls 11.1, this morning the customer received the following email notification alarms:

- SMTP: unexpected data received. An unexpected QUIT response was received.
- SMTP: sending data failure. Failed in call to send message body.

what does this error mean? is there a matrix to read it?
