Avaya ipoffice Ring tone override 1

Hello all


I cant seem to get ring tone override to work.

i have setup ringtone under System -> telephony -> Ring Tones

1. test Classic tone 4

My huntgroup got extension 777
set Ring tone override to test

calling my huntgroup 777 but my test 1616 or my 9608 phone phone still plays the normal ring tone.

Whats wrong

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
