Hello all, I have a system that has several business running on it. They are in a business center set up so they are all separate companies but one IPOffice.
ONe of the clients wanted his display name changed. I went to his user and the SIP tab and changed his name from what it was to what he wanted. Saved, merged tested. It no longer had the old name but displayed the number instead. I changed the Number under SIP to his name saved, merged, tested it showed the number of the main office for the business center. That number was nowhere under his user or the SIP tab. Switched it back to Number, Name, Number and it went back to using his number as the display ID. I'm not sure where else to check in the system to make that change. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks and have a great day folks!
