Hi ...

two issues i need an advice on it:

1. when drag some statistics message appears "The statistics is not available for selected entery"
2. under topic statistic " totNDoneOutCCShift T" (Number of outgoing conversation per shift), the count is 0. the agents makes more
than 100 calls as an outgoing. why this value is zoro count.

Do they select the Topic when they dial out?

Otherwise it's just counted as an outgoing call on the agent.

How they can select the topic when dial out ? the topic number is 7002.

In the CCUI you can check ACD calls and select topic when dialing out.

Haven't found it in the WebUI though.
