Hello Everyone ...

I have setup the IPOCC 10.1 and the license as follow

is because there is no supervisor lic, I can't access the wallboard

I set the agent privillage as follows, but still not available to access real time and historical reporting, just Agent status and contact detail report.

can I with team leader privillage access the real and historical reporting

You need a Wallboard license for the wallboard and Supervisor license for Supervisor features
