AVAYA IPOCC TAPI ERROR

Hello,

I have an Avaya IP CC that has suddenly stopped working and the only error it has is the TAPI error in Dashboard WEB of IPOCC.

This error appears in the TTConsole

TS_TAPIEventing TSTAPIMonitorThread :: tmain TAPI or TSPID is not yet initialized. Wait 5 seconds.

It is an IP Office 500V2 + an AvayaApplicationServer + Avaya IPOCC

The TAPI is enabled in the security and the users and passwords are correct.

We have renewed the certificate through the AplicationServer but there is no way for the TAPI to link again.

Can you help me?
