Team,
Avaya IPOCC version 10.1 Calls stuck in queue with available agents and even no ringback to calling customers, sometime calls stays a minimum 30 secs to max few minutes till it route to an Agent, Thing will get normal Once we reboot sever and everything will work normal for 3-4 hours before problem coming back.
All Service and TTrace Monitor is normal.
Please help..
