AVAYA IPOCC Call not land to agents.

Dear I am new in IPOCC Plz help me on call not land to agent while IPO and IPOCC connectivity is ok but still no call land to agent CHap server services also ok TT show all services ok.

Did this start happening our of no where? What version are you running?

Thanks Dear all it was due to SIP extension.
delete sip extension and make a new work for me.
