Avaya IPO Voicemail pro extension can play a greeting to caller when required.

Hi Guys,

Would anyone know if this is possible.

When an internal Extension is speaking to and outside caller and they need the outside caller to listen to a pre-recorded message or some sort of disclaimer and then the extension user can talk to the outside caller again once the greeting has been played.

You can conference a VM Pro message that disconnects once it's done.

You could build a module that you can transfer to and that transfer afterwards back to the initiator of the transfer.
Add long as you don't receive any additional calls from a group etc that would spoil the transfer back.
