HI ALL,

IF I set a SIP TRUNK IPO-->SBCE-->SP, should I find Trunk status UP on IPO even if SP not connected.

Unfortunately my SIP trunk is down.
I finished installing EMS + SBCE, my sbc is in commissioned state, but on the SBC/top menu bar/ Status-Server; I can't find any server !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have a search of Avaya application notes. They've done several dozen application notes covering different SIP trunk providers with IP Office with and without ASBCE.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

I get this errors:

818238327450929 Nov 9, 2021 5:50:54 PM TLS Certificate TLS Handshake Failed error:14090086:SSL routines:ssl3_get_server_certificate:certificate verify failed
818238327450746 Nov 9, 2021 5:50:54 PM TLS Certificate TLS Handshake Failed self signed certificate

I think I have a problem with the Generating an identity certificate for the ASBCE
According to the document [pre]IP Office SIP Phones with ASBCE[/pre] the Procedure is as follows

1. Login to the IP Office Web Control menus by either:
• From within IP Office Web Manager, select the primary server. Click on and select
Platform View.
• Browse to Office IP address>:7071 and login as the
Administrator.
2. Go to Settings tab and scroll down to Certificates.
3. Check Create certificate for a different machine.
4. Enter the following data:
a. In Machine IP enter the external IP address of the ASBCE.
b. In Password enter a password to encrypt the certificate and key.
Note:
Note that if any special characters are used in the password, to enter that
password at the command line requires the character to be prefixed with a \. For
example, a @ in the password would be typed as \@ at the command line.
c. In Subject Name enter the FQDN of the ASBCE.
d. In Subject Alternative Name(s) enter comma separate values for the DNS:<FQDN>
and IP:<IP address>.

Her In Subject Alternative Name(s) in IP:<IP address>, should I put external IP address as in 2.a.?????
